These General Terms and Conditions for Online Sales apply to all purchase orders you place on the Narpa Spices® online store located at www.narpaspices.in and your subsequent agreement with Narpa Spices regarding your purchase of Narpa Spices® and Masala.
These General Terms shall apply exclusively. We do not accept any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions unless agreed in writing with a legal representative of Narpa Spices. Our General Terms shall apply even if the conflicting or deviating terms have not been contradicted by Narpa Spices.
These General Terms apply equally to commercial entities and consumers. Differing provisions for consumers have been made where necessary.
All prices quoted on our website are in INR, including taxes but excluding delivery charges that may apply to the particular case.
Delivery costs will be charged for orders below the specified amount mentioned on the website. Orders exceeding that amount will not incur delivery costs.
In case of obvious errors, Narpa Spices reserves the right to correct them and offer you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.
You can select one of the payment methods described on the Website. Narpa Spices reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.
In case of payment by credit card, debit card, or net banking, your payment will be executed by Razorpay using their secure infrastructure.
If you select “Cash on Delivery (COD)”, you shall hand over the payable amount to our delivery partner. No extra charges apply for using this method.
Narpa Spices will send a delivery email containing order status, description, and invoice. Items remain the property of Narpa Spices until full payment is received.
Narpa Spices complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant rules to protect your personal data. Information is shared only for order processing or legal compliance.
Unless proven negligent, Narpa Spices’ liability is limited to the purchase price. Claims for damages or contract rescission due to late delivery are excluded.
To register, you must specify a login name and password and provide accurate contact details for invoicing. Payment data is securely processed by Razorpay.
Some content may be deemed offensive or indecent. You agree to use the site at your own risk, and Narpa Spices shall not be liable for such content under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify Narpa Spices, its employees, officers, and agents from claims or damages arising from your actions or violations of this agreement.
This agreement remains effective unless terminated by either party. Narpa Spices may terminate access without notice or liability.
Termination does not cancel payment obligations for completed orders. Narpa Spices retains rights to any submitted comments or content.
